Our Amish chicken is fresh and unfrozen, including our family
favorite wings in seven sauces—one for every taste!
In the summer we buy produce locally and whenever possible
shop at the Farmer’s market here in Lebanon. We also
have local farmers bringing produce to the back door. Much
of the produce used at Wild Bill's is organically grown.
During the year we feature several “special menu items”
including a special Mardi Gras menu in February, in season
Soft Shell Crabs, Copper River Salmon and Stuffed Baby Pumpkins.
